Count down

So they are sending him home tomorrow. With usuall planning and forethought. I'm supposed to have wound care training.

And some people are telling me we will have a wound care nurse daily others are saying 1x/week. No telling.

And of course the discharge person told me we were only authorized to get a bedside commode and a walker.

I started calling around and about 2 hours later had a hospital authorized for 3 months. I'm not sure what their staff was doing but she sure wasn't advocating for me.

So we are planning on Jeff coming home tomorrow. I think he will crawl up the steps inot the house, if it means no more burnt oatmeal

So count down is coming. . .
